Who we are

Jane Wood and Associates Ltd was born in 2001 out of Jane's desire to establish a London property search company that offered integrity, professionalism and a personal service second to none. In short, Jane wanted to create the best property search company in London.

Today we are a six strong team. Our three core associates are introduced below.

Jane Wood

Jane is a self-confessed property fanatic. She is also a qualified chartered accountant and former finance director of a PLC subsidiary.

Jane has over 20 years of experience of the London property market, built through renting, buying, renovating and selling all types of properties. Jane has an uncanny ability to spot the best investments, and she has flair for recognising the potential of a property and for seeing through the subtleties of wall partitions, challenging colour schemes or poor handiwork.

Jane makes it her business to know and understand her clients and their short and long-term requirements. She gets immense satisfaction from helping them, often exceeding their original expectations. She acts with professionalism, dedication and attention to detail, and provides a personal service attuned to the individual needs of her clients.

Unsurprisingly, Jane’s main interests centre on home interiors, decoration and gardening. Jane has two young children.

Celina Mathieson

Celina has over 20 years of experience of the London property market. Celina started working with us in 2003 after working for many years with a number of relocation companies focused on the rental and purchase market. Since then she has significantly contributed to our development in London’s prime locations.

Celina is an avid traveller and enjoys London’s theatre and dining scene.

Olivier Barbé

Prior to joining us in 2007, Olivier bought and developed both flats and houses in London for nearly fifteen years, building a solid experience of the property market along the way as he project managed a number of large residential renovations.

Olivier is of course particularly well suited to help our French speaking clients. He is also very familiar with the London French education system in London.

In his early career, Olivier was an accountant and management consultant with a “big four” firm.

In his spare time, Olivier is a keen musician.
