Our fees

Jane Wood & Associates Ltd. offer some of the most competitive fees on the market:

On purchases

Under £0.6m - we charge 1.5% of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.

£0.6m to £2.5m – we charge 1.25% of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.

For properties over £2.5m we operate a degressive fee structure.

On rentals

We charge one months rent.

Deposit fees

We charge an initial start up fee deductible from the success fee:

£750 - on purchases up to £1,000,000 and rentals up to £4,000pcm
£1000 - on purchases over £1,000,000 and rentals over £4,000pcm

We have a minimum fee of £4,000

All charges are exclusive of VAT.
