Our fees

Jane Wood & Associates Ltd. offer some of the most competitive fees on the market:

On purchases

Under £1m - we charge 1.5% of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.

£1m to £3m – we charge 1.25% of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.

For properties over £3m we operate a degressive fee structure.

On rentals

We charge one months rent.

Start up fee

We charge an initial start up fee of £750 deductible from the success fee.

We have a minimum fee of £6,000

All charges are exclusive of VAT.
