Our fees

Jane Wood & Associates Ltd. offer some of the most competitive fees on the market:

On purchases under £3m - we charge 1.5% + VAT of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.

Between £3m to £5m – we charge 1.25% + VAT of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.

For properties over £5m we operate a degressive fee structure.

Start up fee

We charge an initial start up fee of £1,000 (inc VAT) deductible from the success fee.

We have a minimum fee of £6,000 + VAT
